A Preston Minnesota man, 49-year-old Rick James Galvin, won’t spend any time in prison after being charged with 12 counts of child pornography last year. Galvin was charged last September 2021, with two counts of using minors in pornography and 10 counts of possessing child pornography. This was after he took videos of two victims, one under the age of 10 and one under the age of 7, and superimposed images of genitalia over the video’s screenshots. Galvin also possessed sexually-graphic images of nude children, including a one-year-old. Instead of taking time in prison, Galvin will do 10 years probation…
